Why can't I pay by check?
In an effort to streamline our accounting (and give us time to serve our customers) we have chosen to accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and eChecks as the only methods of payment. Our billing cycle is always the same so there are no surprises and with the eCheck option, even if you choose not to use a credit card, we have a safe convenient method of payment available.

How can I get answers to non-urgent questions? Rogue Web Works has a help system available to our customers that allows information requests via email or by allowing you to open a trouble ticket.
